Ercil L. Smith, age 78, of San Angelo, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2005. He was born in Pikeville, KY on June 28, 1927. Formerly of Boerne, Mr. Smith had lived in San Angelo for 4 years. A member of Glen Meadows Baptist Church in San Angelo, he was formerly a member of Boerne Assembly of God. He had retired from Northrup Aircraft in California. Preceded in death by his parents and his Brothers, Gene and Billy, Mr. Smith is survived by his Wife, Marie Smith; Children, Kenneth Lee Smith, Billy Smith, Larry Gregory, Linda Esquer, and Step Daughter, Phyllis Swerczek; Numerous Grandchildren; Sisters, Lillian Stanley and Loretta Runyon; and Brother, Ernest Smith.
