She is survived by: her husband of 60 years, Deacon Ernest Snipes; one daughter, Linda Snipes Johnson (Alexander), one son, Ernest Clifton Snipes (Brenda), one son-in-law, Rev. Harold Rives, all of Pittsboro, NC; five grandchildren, Eugene Snipes, Pittsboro, NC, Christopher Snipes (Natasha), Apex, NC, RaShaun Rives (Treva), Cary, NC, Alexis Johnson, and Vermeka Rives, both of Pittsboro, NC; three great granddaughters, Gabrielle Snipes and Carmen Snipes, Raleigh, NC and Ariel Snipes, Apex, NC; one foster son, Mr. Thomas Caldwell (Mary), Irvington, NJ; three brothers-in-law, Mr. C.J. (Frances a special sister-in-law), Mr Lindo Snipes, Virginia and Mr. Howard Snipes, Greensboro, NC; one nephew, dear to her heart, Mr. Willis Farrington (Sharon), Durham, NC; two sisters-in-law, Ms. Irene Snipes, Yanceyville, NC, Mrs. Ernestine Snipes, Pittsboro, NC. One very special friend/sister, Mrs. Azalea (J.D.) Taylor, Pittsboro, NC. She also has several god-children, and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that will all cherish her memories.
