Emil DeRouin, 86, formerly of Ft. Walton Beach, passed away in Tallahassee on Thursday, October 8, 2015. He served his country for 20 years and retired in 1967. He is survived by 8 of his 11 children: Ronald & Elaine Derouin, David & Melinda Derouin, Mary & Ray Pickard, Edward & Kathy DeRouin, Joseph & Debbie DeRouin, Kathryn & Tim Patterson, Michael & Linda DeRouin and Christine & Kevin Faust. Emil is predeceased by his loving wife, Nadine DeRouin and 3 children; Jodine, Dennis & Cindi.
He has 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
