Elwood L. Batchler, age 46, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2007, in St. Luke’s Hospital in Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Sharon (Hinkley) Batchler. Born in Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Frederick and Nancy (Stout) Batchler. Woody was employed by Chrin’s Tire & Wheel as a auto technician for 15 years and Pickel’s garage for 2 years. He was a Marine Veteran. Survivors: wife Sharon of Bethlehem; sister Tammy Batchler Willson of Bethlehem Twp; step-brother James of Analomink; step sister Addie Hardy of Cresco; Dorothy VanWhy of East Stroudsburg; 3 nephes Frankie, Jame, Jonathan; 3 nieces Jenifer, Kailie and Jessica.
