ORANGEBURG,,, Elsie Marie Webb Hickman, 76 of Maysville went to meet the Lord on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville. She was born on February 11, 1942 in Lynx, Ohio daughter of the late Robert & Gladys Kepp Webb.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Hickman, a daughter, Devona Hickman and two step-sons, Rudy & David Hickman.
She is survived by her step-son, Larry Hickman of Maysville, her sister, Karen (Clarence) Davis of Maysville, two step-grandchildren & two step-great grandchildren.
