Elsie Jane Kirkland, 82, of Dallas, Texas, died Monday, October 6, 2014.
She was born November 26, 1931. She married Jack Kirkland on June 20, 1953. He preceded her, in death, on August 17, 2006.
Jane was a devoted wife and mother. She also enjoyed her work as a showroom manager at the Dallas World Trade Center. She was an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and the 2X2 class. Jane had a large circle of friends and often delighted them with her love of cooking, baking, and entertaining.
Survivors include her two daughters, Shelley Mills and Lisa Kirkland, and their spouses, Jim Mills and Neal Grady. The family wishes to thank the Edgemere, Grace Hospice, and Abell Companions for their dedicated care and support.
