WINSTED – Elsie I. Decker, beloved wife of the late George Decker, died peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Laurel Hill Healthcare in Winsted at age 91. She was born on July 22, 1917, daughter of the late George and Jane Bacon and was a lifelong resident of Winsted. Elsie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
