Elsie Comstock Sweeting, age 98, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, February 16, 2011. She was the wife of the late John J. Sweeting.
Born in Norwalk on October 19, 1912, Elsie was the daughter of the late William and Bertha Comstock. She was a lifelong Norwalk resident.
Elsie is survived by a daughter Kathy Santelle of The Villages, Florida a son William and wife Diana of Norwalk, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Elsie was predeceased by 5 brothers, her daughter Pat Tuttle and grandson Timmy Jones of West Palm Beach, Florida.
