WALLINGFORD – Elsa Ann Rudolphi Horta, 89, of Wallingford, beloved wife of Antone Horta, departed this life on Monday, August 8, 2011 at Mid-State Medical Center after a brief illness.
Elsie was born in Bridgewater, MA, January 23, 1922 daughter of the late Pasquale and Emma Carlotti Rudolphi.
She was a secretary for Allegheny Ludlum until her retirement.
