Elmer “Elmo” Curtis Howard Jr, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 14, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital.
Elmo was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 27, 1965 to Elmer Howard and Peggy Isaacs. Elmo was a hard worker with a great work ethic. He worked in his family business for over 25 years. In his spare time he loved gambling, he was a slot-machine man. He liked fishing and prior to breaking his shoulder, he loved golfing. He was a strong dude who survived and thrived with the odds stacked against him; a lot to do with his stubborn nature that is a family trait. Elmo did things his own way in his own time, and in his own time. He was devoted to those he loved, and a good person to have in your corner.
He will be forever loved and missed by his daugther Ashley Howard; his father Elmer Howard Sr; his mother Peggy Isaacs; his sisters Penny Eastridge and Joy Newton; brother Curtis Howard; his Fiance Loretta G. White; One grandson Caron; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
