Ms Scaggs was born in tulsa ok and relocated to stockton a teenager graduated from Edison High School, where she met the ove of her life John Scaggs They married shortly after they bought a house in boggs tract They adopted Randy Parker at the age of 2 also took part in raising James Battle JR and Xzavion Battle.
