Elizabeth “Libby” Rose Martin, 29, of Alexandria, passed away after giving birth to her precious daughter, Ava Rose, due to complications from the delivery on June 29, 2020.
She was born on January 7, 1991 in Munchgladbach, and resided most of her life in Alexandria. Libby graduated from Frankton High School, Class of 2009 and graduated from Calvin College. She was the Project Coordinator for Intersect of Madison County. She grew up attending East Side Church of God and was presently attending the Church at Broadway Park. Libby dedicated her life to Jesus and family.
Libby is survived by her loving husband of 2 years, Dustin Martin; daughter, Ava Rose Martin; mother, Kathryn Parker; father and mother-in-law, Lioniel and Jody Martin, III; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lindsay (Donthel) Green, Steven Martin, Alliyah and Madisyn; grandparents-in-law, Tom and Joanne Malbone.
She was preceded in death by her father, Nigel Parker; brother, Jacob Schelton Parker; grandparents, Janet Schelton, Robert James Schelton, Lin Martin, Doris Martin, and Lil and Fred Parker.
