Elizabeth Crum Bischoff passed away peacefully in her home on May 23, 2020. Elizabeth was 88 years old. She was born April 16th, 1932 in Huntington, West Virginia to Leonard and Eloise Crum. She married the love of her life Bernard F. Bischoff III, on June 12,1959. Elizabeth graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in Education. She was the chairman of the Women’s Guild at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy and she was a member of the Board of Directors for the Coral Gable’s Orchid Society. 

As a housewife and mother she continued to be active in the school system. Elizabeth found great joy in interacting with children. Memaw held the title of grandmother, friend, confidant, fashion designer, and much more. Elizabeth was an accomplished pianist and her children will always cherish the memories of her music playing in the background as they fell asleep. She treasured her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. Family was everything to Elizabeth and was a true matriarch. 

Elizabeth is survived by her spouse Bernard F. Bischoff III (Cutler Bay), children Stephen Bischoff (Ana), Lisa Harper, Paula Denton (Blake), Michaele Smith (Jamie), and Douglas Bischoff. Elizabeth is also survived by her sister, Susan Dickerson (Jeff). She adored her 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Preceded in death; Pamela Bischoff (daughter). Elizabeth has touched the lives of so many with her unconditional love and kindness and will be missed and loved by all.
