DeBar, Elizabeth “Betty” Louise, age 84, formerly of Oakwood passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021.
She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and later moved to Richmond, Virginia where she raised three children with her husband Harry. The couple later moved to the Metro Atlanta area and eventually settled in Oakwood for the remainder of her days.
