Elfriede “Elfi” Anita Rubin, 77 of Celebration, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 6, 2022. She was born in Vienna, Austria, the daughter of Karlheinrich and Johanna Maria Eichler. She moved to Davenport, Florida and then to Celebration Florida in 2008. Elfi was the owner and operator of a Hair Salon. She loved to play golf, she loved technology and even had her own website. She enjoyed taking care of her family and her partner Bob.
Elfi is survived by her daughter: Kimberly Locher of Celebration, Florida; and four grandchildren: Karen, Cody, Abby and Grady. She is also survived by her partner of many years Bob Holbeck of Celebration, Florida. Elfi was preceded in death by her parents Karlheinrich and Johanna Eichler, and her brother Karlheinz Eichler.
