Eleanor L. Zelezen Eleanor L. “Elly” Snyder VanHorn Zelezen, 82, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, January 06, 2011, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the loving wife of the late Frank Zelezen, who died in 2008. Eleanor was preceded in death by her first husband Paul L. VanHorn, who died in 1975. Born in Oxford, NJ, she was the daughter of the late S. Carroll and Lillian (Marion) Snyder. Eleanor worked for Weller Electric until retirement. She was a member of South Side Presbyterian and Olivet United Presbyterian Churches in Easton. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Ladies Leagues of Bethlehem Steel Club, Silver Creek Country Club, Green Pond Country Club, Wedgewood Country Club, Bethlehem Municipal Golf Club. She also belonged to the YMCA of Bethlehem. Survivors: daughters, Dr. Paula L. VanHorn and her husband Dan Van Clapp of Claremont, CA, Kathleen M. Churchill and her husband John of Easton; son, Jerry L.
