Eleanor M. Robertson, age 77, of Madison, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 13, 2012. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, June 19, 1934, the daughter of the late Sherman and Hattie (Conley) Rohr. Eleanor graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1952. She moved from Salem to Madison in 1987. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Geneva, as well as a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post #6846 Auxiliary, where she volunteered countless hours, selling raffle tickets, serving luncheons, making “her” potato salad and as a member of the color guard, giving final honors to those who served our country. Her family and friends will deeply miss her selfless giving. Her husband, Frank Robertson, whom she married April 11, 1958, preceded her in death October 8, 1996. Survivors include her son, Scot (Rory) Robertson; daughter, Penny (Paul) Borton; grandchildren, Paula, Nicole, Zachary and Rachel; and great-grandchildren, Hailey, Coy and Bradley.
