Eleanor F. Woodward, 93, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 28, 1922 in Buckland, MA daughter of the late George and Serena (Townsend) Woodward. Eleanor was raised in Ellington, attended local schools and had lived most of her life in Vernon and Manchester. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a seamstress for the former Pioneer Parachute for many years. Eleanor loved life and was always a go-getter.
