her home with her family by her side after an extended illness.
Ms. Ellie was born in Vanceburg, Ky. March 10, 1935 to the late Fred & Dolly Gardner Lewis.
She was a homemaker and worked for the Lewis County ambulance as an EMT for nearly 14
years.
