Eldon Seal Sr., 84, of Three Oaks, Michigan, died Tuesday morning, January 9, 2007, at St. Anthony Memorial Health Center in Michigan City, Indiana.Mr. Seal was born December 17, 1922 in South Bend, Indiana to Arthur and Leola (Arrick) Seal. He grew up in Galien and graduated from Galien High School. Mr. Seal served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII stationed in North Africa and Italy.

He was awarded a Purple Heart. On December 1, 1945, he married Frances Horner at Hudson Lake, Indiana. He was employed by Clark Equipment Company, retiring in 1980 after 31 years of employment. Mr. Seal loved fishing every chance he got. He also enjoyed camping, and with his wife, traveled the country in their R.V. Mr. Seal loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.Survivors include his wife, Frances; children, Ella Gollnick, of Three Oaks; Judy (Ken) Morlan of Michigan City, Indiana; Eldon (Judi) Seal Jr. of New Buffalo, Michigan; Tony (Cheryl) Seal of Three Oaks; Ted (Cheryl) Seal of Baroda, Michigan and Kathi (Tim) Hatfield of Michigan City, Indiana; grandchildren, Jeff, Greg, Misty, Margo, Ken, Judy, Ed, Laura, Glory, Faye, Dylan and Melody; great grandchildren, Rachelle, Joshua, Caleb, Justin, Ashleanne, Anthony, Jeremiah, Jonathan, Heather, Scot, Marlaina, Siera, Tyler, Dakota, Emray and Ethan.

He was preceded in death by his son, Rex Seal.
