He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Lina Webb Harrell; sisters, Helen Owens and Gray Walston; brothers, Ray, Ervin, and Billy Harrell.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Gay Harrell; sons, Eddie Harrell (Meredith) of Macclesfield, Jackie Harrell of the home, Bobby Harrell (Hope) of Fountain; sister, Rosa Lee Baker of Elm City; grandchildren, Hunter and Catie Harrell.
