Elba Rios was 88 when she passed away peacefully Friday, October 28th. Born in Puerto Rico, Elba lived most of her life in Woodside, New York before settling in Allendale, New Jersey several years ago. She was the loving mother of Raymond Rios and Sofia Rios. Elba was also survived by her daughter in law Magda, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends Lynette and Felipa.
