Mrs. Elaine Sorrell Tidwell, age 67, of Huguley, Al., passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, Ga.
Mrs. Tidwell is survived by her two daughters, Renee Yates of Huguley, Al. and Karen (Danny) Talley Elrod of Valley, Al.; grandchildren, Lamar (Chelsea) Landreth, Brad (Andrea) Yates, and Brandi (Joseph) Serrano; three great grandchildren; special niece, Nichole Favors.
Mrs. Tidwell was preceded in death by her husband, Garon Tidwell; sister, Jeanne Sorrell Dixon.
Mrs. Tidwell was born on October 30, 1946 in Langdale, Al. to the late Engman and Gladys Sorrell. She loved fishing, her dog and her two cats.
