Elaine Ruth Bareman Hicks, 91, of Peachtree City, widow of William “Bill” Dunbar Hicks, died February 18, 2018 at Insignia Healthcare, Newnan. Born in Los Angeles, CA, March 24, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Adrian and Jeanette Streur Bareman. She was retired from Katella High School where she served as an assistant counselor. Surviving are daughters, Linda Hicks Brown, Debbie Hicks and Marcie Hicks Bayne; grandchildren, Adrienne Pressel Watroba, A.F. “Rick” Pressel, III and Michael Turner; and five great-grandchildren.
