Elaine graduated from Sacred Heart Elementary School and then went on to Harry E. Wood High School where she graduated in 1975. She worked for Ianni Insurance and the Henthorn Agency for 25 years.
Survivors include her loving husband, Jan Tobin; children, Kristina (Jeremy) Kerr, Leslie Tobin and Ryan (Amy) Tobin; siblings, Carol (Tom) White, Paul (Jo), Kevin, Jess (Rebecca), Rita (Terry) Hammond, Kimberly Young, Betsy, Robin (Darrell) Tetrick and Lenard Brown; grandchildren, Caden Kerr, Christian “C.J.” Kerr, Colton Kerr, Elijah Tobin, Samuel Tobin and Zachary Tobin. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Quiett; and granddaughter, Camrynn Kerr.
