Elaine is survived by her son Eddy (JoAnna) Carpenter of Lonoke; step-son Les Carpenter of Lonoke; grandchildren Edi Carpenter of Jacksonville, Justin Carpenter and Nicholas Carpenter of Lonoke; great-granddaughter Harper Summers of Jacksonville; her mother Virginia Roe of Lonoke, sister Evelyn Lenard of Austin; brother Jimmie (Shelia) Johnson of Lonoke; sister Jannie (Ron) Anderson of North Little Rock, as well as many much loved extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Jimmie Johnson of Indiana, step-father Edward Roe, step-son Jeffrey Carpenter and brother Jerry Johnson all of Lonoke.
