Elaine Haws, of Emmett Idaho, passed away on October 19, 2017 at the age of 88 years old surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 23, 1929, the ninth child of ten children to Ira Asa and Margaret (Gallagher) Hatch. Raised in Fruitland, New Mexico, she enjoyed playing the piano, singing and dancing with her sisters and brothers. She met the love of her life, Drensel A.
Elaine is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, as well as an infant son, Dennis Drensel Haws, and grandsons Bryson Richins and Damond Farar.
She leaves her husband of 70 years, and children Cheryl (Dan) Farar, Nick Haws, Vicki (Ward) Weaver, Toni (Hal) Richins, Margaret Dawson, David (Joani) Haws, and Cindy (Steve) Vickery. Her posterity includes 39 grandchildren and 119 great grandchildren.
