Elaine Ann (Slomian) Zimmer, 82, of LaSalle, formerly of Joliet and Peru, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Heritage Health Care Center in Peru.
Elaine was born July 24, 1937 in LaSalle to Frank and Clara (Pyszka) Slomian. She married Edward J. Zimmer on June 21, 1968 in Peru. He passed away on December 12, 1977. She was a homemaker and was a housekeeper for over 20 years at Care Inn Convalescent Home later known as Heritage Health Care Center, LaSalle.
Elaine left us all too soon. She will always be in our hearts and memories. We love and miss you dearly.
Survivors include a sister, Virginia Siebert of Las Vegas, NV; a brother, George Slomian of North Bend, WA and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents and four siblings, Marie “Susie” Prybylinski, Francis “Pat” Slomian, Raymond “Ray” Slomian and Florence Kepper.
