Mrs. Eileen M. Shrewsbury, 87, of South Britain Rd., died Sunday January 24th at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of James S. Shrewsbury.
Mrs. Shrewsbury was born March 19, 1922 in England the daughter of the late Mornington Victor and Alice May (Cragg) Brown. In her younger years she excelling in sports and was a competitive swimmer. After the war she worked for the National Food Office in England. She loved music and was a member of the choir and also the Uniroyal Glee Club.
