Edwin S. Palecek, 88, of Leisure Village West section of Manchester Twp., passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Community Medical Center, Toms River Born in New York City, he lived in Manalapan, NJ before moving to Manchester in 1990.
Edwin was owner of ABC Machinery in Forked River, NJ for 50 years. He was a graduate of New York University, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Edwin was a US Army WWII veteran and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years Beverly (nee Bier), two daughters and their husbands Susan & Stephen Schaefer of Pennington, NJ and Linda & Barry Cerino of Forked River, NJ, three grandchildren Kristin McGauley & her husband Brian, Jamie Cerino and Samantha Schaefer, and 2 great grandchildren Ella & Brody McGauley.
