Edward Wayne “Ed” Perdiew, 73, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Ed was born on April 13, 1948 in Washington County, Indiana to the late George Morris Perdiew and Ava “Pauline” (Lane) Perdiew.
Ed worked as an elevator service and repairman for Schindler Elevator Corporation for 57 years until his retirement in 2013. He was an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast and loved everything about motorcycles, cars, trucks, and boats.
Ed is survived by his girlfriend, Laura Cook; his two children, Amy (Steven) Surma of Oak Creek, Wisconsin and Bradley Perdiew of Indianapolis, Indiana; his six grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley, Emily, McKenna, Justin, and Bridgette; his sister, Anita (John) Poston of Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
Ed was preceded in death by his wife, Meredith (Kilgour) Perdiew; his parents, George and Pauline Perdiew; his brother, James R. Perdiew.
