Edward Paul Dorris, Jr., age 54 of Picayune, Dorris was born January 10, 1963 in Greenville, MS. He left this life and entered life eternal on January 31, 2017. Paul was a graduate of Clinton High School in Clinton, MS and worked at Entergy Corporation in Jackson, was a loving, generous and compassionate soul who loved his family deeply. He never stopped grieving the death of his beloved wife Deborah Ann Dorris who preceded him in death in 2016. Paul was loved by many, although he never fully realized how much he was loved. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mary Beth Wilbanks and his step-father, Bobby Wilbanks. His father, Edward Paul Dorris, Sr. and his step-mother, Artie Dorris. His beloved sister, Robbie Lynn Dorris Hudson and husband Bill. His step-sister, Victoria Lynn Stuart and a host of family and friends. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews. Christopher Hudson, and wife Sarah, Tiffany Chasteen and husband Michael, Anna Hudson and husband Alex, Destin Hudson, Devin Hudson, Brianna Hudson and Ethan Hudson, and one great niece, Amelia Hudson. Paul accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and due to the promises of God his family finds comfort that Jesus never left him nor forsook him. Rest Paul, for Jesus said, “Come unto me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28.
