Edward L. Couture, Jr., 60, of Plantsville, passed away peacefully at home on Monday October 3, 2011 surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Marjorie (Smith) Couture. Ed was born on January 13, 1951 in Plainville to the late Edward and Eleanor (Artibani) Couture.
Ed was a hardworking man who was employed with Zerbach Steel where he was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed hunting and working on cars. Ed loved his family and will forever remain with them.
Along with his wife Marge, he leaves his 3 sons Gregory Couture and his wife Brenda of Bristol; Jeffery Couture and his wife Rachel of Plainville; Blaine Bartoszek and Jessica of Southington, 2 grandchildren Landon and Miles Couture, a sister Linda M. Couture of Plainville and family and 5 step children.
