Edward K. Killian, 71, of Smithville, N.J., died Saturday, November 8, 2008, at Royal Suites Health Care & Rehabilitation in Galloway Twp., N.J. He was the husband of Virginia “Ginny” Killian for 42 years. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Edward and Anna (Whalan) Killian. Before retiring, he was employed by Shepherd Hills Golf Club as a golf Pro. He was Catholic. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps and was a former president of the International Golf Association. Survivors: his wife Ginny; brothers Rev. Wayne E. Killian of Bethlehem and Charles J. Killian and his wife Margaret of Meadowbrook.
