Edward Gordon, Jr., age 66, beloved husband and best friend of Deborah Gordon of Fort Walton Beach, FL., passed away unexpectedly November 14, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah, and his daughters, Tania B. Gordon-Murdaugh (Paul) of Elmendorf AFB, AK, Zebada M. Gordon of Fort
Walton Beach, FL; grandchildren; D’Amante M. Wilson, Zia G. Murdaugh, and Teagan E. Murdaugh of Elmendorf AFB, AK; Aunt, Rev. Sarah Smaley; Sisters; Sherry Ellis, Connie Cassey, Felicia Love all of Boston, MA, and Myrna Ingram of Pinebluff, AR; Brothers; John Gordon, Ricky Cassey, both of Boston, MA; Sister-in-law, Ruth Mahone (Thelester Sr.) of Boston, MA; Brother-in-law; William J. Owens (Clarisse) of Boston, MA; Mother-in-laws; Delores Evans, and Leona Johnson, of New Orleans, LA; Brother-in-law Horace Dorsey (Gaynell), Sister-in-law; Debbie Garrett (Carmen), Janie Mae Neal, Lillian Boseman (Alvin) all of New Orleans, LA; a number of nieces and nephews, and many more loving relatives and friends.
Edward was employed as a security officer by Walkenhut Security for Embarq, Inc. on Hollywood & Denton. He was a Retired TSgt of the U.S. Air Force. He lived life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His time with us was far too short.
