Edward Francis Wall of Purchase, NY, died Sept. 6 2009. Born in Yonkers July 12, 1928, he served in the USS Navy stationed in Panama. He worked in The Sugar House, Yonkers and then Con Edison as a meter reader, working himself up to general supervisor. After retirement he worked for JCC Westchester Jewish Center in Harrison and was a parishioner at St. Anthony’s Church in West Harrison. Survived by his loving wife Jean Gagliardi Wall, cherished father to Edward F. Wall and wife Mayette and daughter Kathy D’Agostino. Cherished grandfather to Naomi, Edward and Craig Wall, Jimmy, Trica, Lisa and Brian D’Agostino. Also survived by great grandchildren Daimon, Eric, Kristen, Mercedes, Kaitlyn, Isabella, Lilyana and Roman, brother John (Mary Jane) Wall and sister Peggy Wilkinson. A brother-in-law Anthony (Ann) Gagliardi also survives him. Edward was predeceased by a sister Elaine Hennessey and her husband Joe. Internment will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery, Rye Brook.
