Brunswick, Maryland- Edward Eugene “Ghost” Carter, 55 of Brunswick, MD passed away Sunday September 14, 2014 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born June 2, 1959 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Hazel Marie Darr Carter of Knoxville, MD and the late Parker Junior Carter.
Ghost was a 1977 graduate of Brunswick High School and was self -employed as a contractor for many years.
He was a member of American Legion Post#96 Brunswick, MD and River Bend Park in Falling Waters, WV where he spent most of his time.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his girlfriend Denise Amoss of Brunswick, MD, 3 daughters Shelby Carter and her fiancAC. Joseph Gideon of Frederick, MD, Robin Lucas and her husband Scott of Matthews, NC and Michelle Amoss and boyfriend Jody Miller of Brunswick, MD, a son Jeremy Amoss of Hagerstown, MD, 3 granddaughters Kaleigh, Erynn and Madison, 2 sisters Carolyn Eury of Brunswick, MD and Ruth Brawner of Charles Town, WV, 3 brothers Ronald Carter of Knoxville, MD and Kent Carter and Jeffrey Carter both of Charles Town, WV and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a sister Louise Carter.
