Ednamarie (Westerberg) Leslie, 96, passed away on January 28, 2018 at Littleton Hospital surrounded by family.
Ednamarie was born in Axtell, Nebraska to The Rev. Andrew and Emma (Nelson) Westerberg. She grew up in Sioux City and graduated from Central High School. After high school she worked with her father in the Lutheran Synod office.
Ednamarie was a lively, free spirited, and strong woman. She loved stirring things up, listening to news, and discussing everything, from politics to religion and family. She had a great sense of humor, was witty, and loved to tell stories.
Ednamarie was preceded in death by her husband (d.2015 at age 103), parents, brother and 2 sisters. She is survived by son Daniel (Bonnie) of Minneapolis, Mn., son Stephen (Debbie) of St Cloud, Mn, daughter Becky Dorr (Larry) of Denver, Co and son Philip of Littleton, Co.; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
