Edna (Venita) Carr of Friendship Village, Dublin Ohio passed away on May 27th 2017. Venita was born on January 6th 1922. She was the daughter of Edgar and Sadie Dilg in Salem IL, but spent most of her adult life in the Centralia area.
Venita retired from Warren G. Murray Development Center and enjoyed many years of golf and travel with her husband Bob until his passing after 59 years of marriage in 2004. Venita was predeceased by her parents, husband, brother (Dwight Dilg), and sister (Ruth Seitz). Left to mourn her passing are her three sons: William (Pat), Richard (Mary), and Michael (Sandy) along with seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
