Edna T. Chapman, 75, of Anderson, passed away February 14, 2015 at Meadow Brook Rehab Center & Suites Anderson, IN. She was born on June 6, 1939 in Puerto Rico. She retired in 2002 in environmental services for St. Johns Hospital. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Anderson. She loved playing bingo and dancing.
Edna is survived by her loving children Dawn (David) Vance of Indianapolis, IN, Juanita (Jim) Brewer of Anderson, IN, Debra Thompson of Anderson, IN, Jeannette (Patrick) Swinford of Anderson, IN, Flory (Tom) Oakes of Anderson, IN, Jackie D (Campanion Pamela Fisher) Chapman, Jr. of Anderson, IN. 3 Sisters, Tina (Campanion JR) Large of Anderson, IN, Margie Mann of Tupelo MS, Digna (Picon) Morrerro of Jacksonville, FL. 4 brothers, Jesus Escobar of Indianapolis, IN, Lago Escobar of Puerto Rico, Junior Escobar of Anderson, IN, Victor Escobar of Puerto Rico. Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews. 2 special friends – Kay McDole and Mary Swango.
She was preceded in death by father and mother, Camillo and Juana (Mendez) Escobar. Son – Johnny G. Chapman.
