Edna Farrar (Mae Krueger), 86, of Holiday City Carefree section Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at home. Born in Plainfield, NJ, she lived in Bayville, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 2002. Edna, was also commonly known as ‘Rusty’, ‘Tracey’ and of course ‘Gram’.

Edna was an avid race car fan for the majority of her life. She traveled up and down the East Coast chasing race after race with her grandchildren. Edna also loved to travel all across the world. Trips to Africa, England, Ireland, the Caribbean but, most of all her beloved Hawaii. She’d live in Honolulu, Hawaii during the winter months of the season, then came back to NJ just in time for when the race tracks would open. Edna was well-known, admired, and loved by all as she lived a tremendous 86 full years of life.

She was predeceased by her first husband Richard Rowley in 1978, her second husband John Farrar in 1998, her daughter Kathy Van Norde in 2006 and her parents Arthur and Edna Krueger, brothers Ozzie and Michael and sisters Tootsie, Marge, and Karen.

Edna is survived by her three daughters Dawn Moore and her husband John of Bayville, NJ, Lynn Christensen of Lakewood, NJ, Sandy Levy and her husband Dave of Manchester, NJ, a brother Jackie Krueger of Old Bridge, NJ, a sister Janet Cwiklinski of Brick, NJ, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild, life-long friend Garry Morris, son-in-law Bruce Van Norde, and many nieces and nephews.
