Edna Earl Hatchell, age 99, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died Saturday, February 4, 2017. She was born March 21, 1917 in Cordell, OK to W.L. Simpson and Euphie Simpson. Edna was a loving mother and wife. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Neal Hatchell; and grandson, Zeke Hatchell. Edna is survived by her sons, Kirk Hatchell and Jim Hatchell, both of Albuquerque; sister, Cleo Dreves of Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved.
