Edmund T. Dulcet, 86, passed away peacefully in his sleep following an extended illness, in the home of his daughter and son-in-law of Simsbury, CT, on January 22, 2006, husband of his late wife Stella Kolber Dulcet who passed in 1979. He was born November 16, 1919 in South Bend, IN. He attended Tulane University, he served in the Army during WWII, and he played softball for Local No. 5. He formally owned Eagle Bakery in Michigan City, IN. He will be joining his late loved ones, Parents Thomas & Frances Zakrocki Dulcet; brothers, Sigmund, Alphonse, and Raymond; sisters Helen, Mary Janiszewski, Isabel Lopez, and Lorraine Szalay. He is survived by his children, Thomas Dulcet of IN; Karen (Ronald) Marriott of CT; Mark (Angela) Dulcet of IN; Suzette (Peter) Hartmayer of NY; Paul (Sofia) Dulcet of TX; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a brother, James “Duke” (Elaine) Dulcet of IN; and many nieces and nephews.
