Salem- Edith (Snoog) Lenigar, 65, died Saturday November 1, 2014, at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1949 in East Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late Willard and Alice( Ferrell) Carter. She was last employed at the RagTooling Co. as an assistant bookkeeper for 13 years, and previously at the Salem Label Co. as a Sales Associate. Mrs. Lenigar was a 1967 graduate of the Springfield Local High School and a 1978 graduate of the Youngstown Technical College. Edyie was a Life Member of the Salem AMVETS. Survivors include her husband Robert Lenigar, whom she married October 15, 1967; two daughters; Melissa Holloway of Kingman, Arizona and Stephanie Darby of Salem; a son, Robert Lenigar Jr. of Canton; two sisters; Barbara Lenigar of Salem, and Beverly Wiley of Carrollton; and 8 grandchildren.
