Edith Louise Brown 66 of Emmett, Idaho passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at a Boise hospital.
Edie was born September 7, 1949 in Logan, Ohio a daughter to Elmer Lawrence and Evelyn Elizabeth (Farmer) Howdyshell. She received an Associate Degree from Boise State University where she also worked as a transcriptionist in the Registrar’s Office. She was a beloved wife, mother and sister and an inspiration to everyone she met.
Survivors include her husband, Robert James Brown of Emmett; daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Clifford Timmons of Elgin, OR; two step daughters and their husbands, Lisa and Billy Flake of Brinkly, AR and Carol and Jeremy Watson of Clarendon, AR; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmer and Grace Howdyshell Jr. and Lee and Linda Howdyshell all of Ohio. Eight grandchildren, Raymond Timmons, Joshua Timmons, Limon Charles and Jessica Williams, Justin and Emilie Williams, Patrick Williams, Suzanna Watson, Emyleigh Watson and Jeremy Ellis Watson and four great grandchildren, Kenzlie Williams, Charlie Brooke Williams, Isaiah Timmons and Weston Troy.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, William H. Ashley.
