Richmond-Edgar R. “Bud” Sutton, Jr., 89, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 30, 2014, at the Golden Living Center following a brief illness. He was born on December 11, 1924, in Selma, the son of, Edgar R. and Mabel (Cline) Sutton, Sr.

Survivors include two daughters, Louwana Kay Powell, Richmond and Jayne Ellen Lepp (husband-David), Fishers; one son, James Edward Sutton (wife-Betty E.), Muncie; seven grandchildren, Laura, Nancy, Amy, Christy, Steve, Stephanie, and Dave; twelve great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his wife of sixty five years, Ruth, he is preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Berneda McCord, Juanita Jeanne Babbitt and Roseabell Cole.
