He is preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Violet Callahan; daughter, Michelle Callahan; and a sister and brother in law, Shirley and Lawrence Christopher. He is survived by his daughter, Susie Pendley of Dalton; son, Eddie Callahan of Chatsworth; brother, Charlie Callahan of Hickory, N.C.; special sister, Velma Callahan; sister and brother in law, Mamie and Jerry Jones of Tennessee; grandchildren, Bryce Pendley, Carisma Pendley, Austin Callahan, and Nicole Callahan; great grandchildren, Jacob Callahan, and Jackson Callahan; several nieces and nephews; special caregivers, Hamilton Medical Hospice; special nurses, Connie Bryant, and Wanda Cooper; special friends, Cohutta Shadows residents and managers.
