Earl Stanley Gouker Jr., 66, of Westminster, died Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Carroll Hospital Center. Born December 8, 1944 in Sparks, he was the son of the late Gladys Austin Gouker and Earl S. Gouker Sr. Survived by his wife of 41 years Lillian Stem Gouker.
Before retiring he worked for the Carroll County Board of Education and also worked at Timber Ridge. He was a member of the Manchester Vol. Fire Dept. and former member of the Westminster Vol. Fire Dept.
Besides his wife he is survived by daughters and son-in-law Vickie and Melvin Prise of Hanover, Pa., Debbie Jean Gesell and friend Bruce Hurley of Westminster, sons and daughters-in-law Earl Lee and Victoria Gouker of Westminster, Charles and Holly Gouker of Manchester, sisters Estella Kolk of New Windsor, Doris Troxel of Monkton, Nancy Staton of Millers, Mary Shelton of Monkton, Betty Sheeler of Millers. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by sisters Pauline Racine and Ann Ott and brother John E. Gouker.
