Earl R. Dickerson Sr., 97, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Hebert Nursing Home, Smithfield, RI. He was born on October 5, 1918 in Altoona, PA, a son of the late Edward T. Dickerson and the late Mary Ellen Merritt. He was the beloved husband of Margaret (Knights) Dickerson.
Earl was a veteran of WWII serving honorably with the US Army.
Besides his wife, Margaret, Earl is survived by his son, Earl Dickerson II, his daughter in law Arnesia Williams-Dickerson and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
