Earl Lloyd Ford, 66, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at St. John’s Hospice in Springfield.
He was born December 1, 1941, in Hillview, the son of Lloyd and Agnes Benton Ford.
He is survived by two daughters and one son, Kimberly (husband, Mike) Adams of Jacksonville, Steven Ford of Pittsfield and Debra (husband, Koy) Kupisch of Glenarm; four grandchildren, Leanica Adams of St. Louis, Justin Adams of Jacksonville, Marissa Novel and Kyle Kupisch, both of Glenarm; one brother, William Ford of White Hall; and companion, Bev Tribble of Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by one brother, Murl (surviving wife, Connie of Jacksonville).
Mr. Ford was a foreman at Mobil Chemical, working there for over thirty years. He had also worked at R & M Appliances for over twenty years. He was a member of Hillview Baptist Church. He enjoyed being with his family and friends.
